Morning and Night Instructions
In the morning, use your normal cleanser and toner and then apply Quench followed by Tinted Mineral Sunscreen.Β Β Then in the evening, after cleansing and toning, start with one pump of Revitalize A Lite one night a week.Β Β You may mix 1 pump Restore in your hand with the Retinol and apply it that way if your are prone to sensitivity.Β Β
On the off nights, just cleanse, tone, apply Quench, followed by Restore.Β Β Each week increase the number of times you use Revitalize A.Β Β Find you sweet spot, meaning the maximum amount of nights you can use it without experiencing dryness or redness.Β Β This may take some trial and error so just listen to your skin.Β Β Retinol should be applied5 nights maximum.Β Β Overusing it can be too much for your skin.Β Β More is not better!
