Retinyl Propionate

The first week you start using it, apply it once per week at night.  The following week use it twice, preferably on Monday and Thursday. On week three, use it Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Stay with that for a few weeks and then see if you can bump up to 4 or 5 nights per week. 

Retinol be used anywhere from 2-5 times per week, but listen to your skin and find your own sweet spot.  You want to be able to use it without any dryness or irritation so play around with it.

For sensitive skin, mix the Revital A Level 1 with Restore in a 1:1 ratio before applying it to the skin.
